Racers & Rods Productions is dedicated to celebrating automotive enthusiasts, their vehicles, and the communities that bring them together.
We believe car show photography should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. That's why we make our event photographs available to the public for viewing, downloading, and sharing at no charge.
All we ask is that you recognize the people behind the camera.
2. Free Photo Usage
Photographs owned by Racers & Rods Productions and published in our designated public event galleries may be downloaded and used free of charge for personal, social media, editorial, and promotional purposes.
Permitted uses include:
Posting photographs on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Sharing photographs with friends, family, and automotive clubs.
Displaying photographs on personal or automotive-related websites.
Using photographs in car club newsletters, event recaps, and promotional materials.
Printing photographs for personal enjoyment.
Sharing photographs to promote the automotive hobby and car show community.
No payment or advance permission is required for these uses, provided the photographer receives proper credit.
3. Required Photographer Credit
All photographs downloaded, shared, republished, or otherwise used must include photographer recognition.
Either of the following credits is acceptable:

For social media, credit should appear in the post caption or accompanying description.
For websites, articles, newsletters, and promotional materials, credit should appear alongside the photograph or in an accompanying photo credit section.
Whenever practical, we appreciate a link to www.RacersAndRods.com.
Photographer recognition is required even when photographs are cropped, resized, or otherwise edited.
4. Copyright and Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, photographs taken and owned by Racers & Rods Productions remain the copyrighted property of Racers & Rods Productions or the applicable photographer.
Free use does not transfer copyright ownership.
Users may not falsely claim authorship or ownership of our photographs.
Photographs may not be sold, sublicensed, or offered as stock photography without written authorization from Racers & Rods Productions.
5. Respectful and Responsible Use
Photographs may not be used in a defamatory, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise harmful manner.
Permission to use a photograph does not imply endorsement by Racers & Rods Productions, event sponsors, vehicle owners, or individuals appearing in the photograph.
Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for their intended use, including rights relating to identifiable individuals, trademarks, or private property.
6. Photography at Public Events
Racers & Rods Productions photographs vehicles, participants, spectators, and activities at automotive events for documentation, community engagement, promotional coverage, and editorial publication.
Photographs taken at events may appear in our public galleries, website, social media channels, and other Racers & Rods Productions media.
Individuals who have concerns about a published photograph may contact us to request review.
7. Privacy and Photo Removal Requests
We respect the privacy of individuals attending automotive events.
If you appear in one of our photographs and have a privacy concern, please contact us at racersandrods@gmail.com.
Include the event name, photograph link or description, and the reason for your request.
We will review reasonable requests for removal or restriction of photographs. Removal from our galleries may not remove copies previously downloaded or shared by third parties.
8. Gallery Access and Personal Information
Our public photo galleries are intended to allow visitors to browse photographs without providing personal information directly to Racers & Rods Productions.
If you voluntarily contact us, we may use your name, email address, and message details to respond to your inquiry.
